Healing Gut Issues with Digital Health

From the prototype to the final launch,

I lead the creation of the In-Wholeness Website through several product cycles.

This started with user research to discover our end user pain points and then the creation of mockups and a web app platform to help users with gut and inflammatory issues easily access certified nutritionists via virtual appointments.

I increased accessibility making it a "one-click" experience by implementing tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Google Surveys and Google Analytics.

These tools gave the team and stakeholders full transparency during the product road-mapping process.

Target Customer Persona:

Our target customer is a health-conscious individual, aged 25-55, who is struggling with weight loss and has a history of inflammatory issues.

They are looking for a personalized nutrition solution that addresses both their weight loss goals and their unique dietary needs. They are tech-savvy and prefer to manage their health and wellness online.

Customer Journey:

Our customer's journey begins with researching nutrition options for weight loss and inflammation management.

They come across our website and are immediately drawn to our personalized approach, which takes into account their specific health goals, genetic disposition and dietary restrictions.

They sign up for a free discovery call, where the nutritionist fills out a detailed questionnaire about their health history, weight loss goals, and dietary preferences. Based on their information, our nutritionist generates a personalized nutrition plan, complete with action plans, meal plans and grocery lists.

They can also track their progress and receive support from our community of health experts and like-minded individuals.

Product Requirements:

  4. Expert Support: Our customers should have access to a community of health experts and like-minded individuals for support and motivation.

  5. Blog: In the future, the website should have a blog section for an increased sense of community and accessible and verified information for their target ailments.

By meeting these product requirements, our nutrition website will provide a comprehensive solution for our target customers, addressing both their weight loss and inflammatory issues through a personalized approach.
