SprintDay: Product Roadmap & MVP

From the concept to the prototype, I directed the development of SprintDay, guiding it through numerous iterations.

I initiated the project with user research to understand the challenges faced by our target audience and then designed wireframes for a mobile app to simplify task management and enhance productivity.

To elevate the user experience, I incorporated features that enhance user experience.

These ensured efficient collaboration among the team and stakeholders and provided real-time insights throughout the development process.
